- Use the drop down box to select an existing organization or type in the name of a new one
- Enter the Organization Address
- Organization Address will auto-populate for existing organizations.
- If you make any changes to this information it will be saved to the data for that organization
- Enter the Project Name
- This is how all materials within this project will be named/identified.
- Enter the Project Address.
- Address entry is linked to google maps data
- If an address doesn't exist yet, enter a nearby address or the address of the organization. You can edit this information later if necessary.

- Enter Project Contact Information
- Name
- Phone Number
- Select Project Market Type
- Use the drop down box to choose whether this is replacing existing equipment or new
- If a replacement, use the drop down box to select which manufacturer this is replacing
- Use the drop down boxes to select the expected order month and year
