Submitting a Request

There are a couple of different ways to approach submitting any type of request in the Play Portal.  You can do it directly from the "Requests" tab or within a project in the "Project" tab. This article will familiarize you with both ways so you can do what works best for you in each circumstance.

Enter a Request from the Project

1. Find the project you want to enter the request for by navigating to your project page in the Play Portal
   

   
   

   If not already done, expand the project by clicking the "carrot" in front of the project and find "+Add New Request" at the bottom of the project card.
   
   

   
   

2. Click "+Add New Request" and select the type of request you want to enter:

Note: Some request types may be dimmed meaning they are not selectable as they require a prerequisite to be completed prior to entering them.  Once the prerequisite is fulfilled, the request types will become available. (ie. 3D Request  and Truckload Request requires a 2D Request to have been submitted first.  Virtual Tour and Fly Through requests require a 3D request to have been submitted.)

Enter a Request from the Request Page

1. Navigate to the requests page by clicking the "Requests" tab at the top of the Play Portal.
   
   
2. Select which type of request you want to enter:

Entering Revisions

1. Navigate to the requests - as mentioned above.
2. Find the request you want to revise and click "Create Revision"
