Logging in to Burke Systems and Accounts

Modified on Fri, 9 Feb, 2024 at 8:22 AM

This article details how to log in to each of the current Burke accounts or systems. These systems do not work off the same login credentials currently.   We are working toward a "one login" system in the future, but that is not current state, so please read carefully.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Logging in to the Play Portal

NOTE: There are no Burke provided credentials to get into the Play Portal

Log in to the Play Portal here: https://playportal.bciburke.com

Burke cannot change or update your password.  Please ensure that you are using the e-mail address that is associated with your Representative Firm. If you are having issues with access to the Play Portal, please submit a ticket detailing the steps you have taken so far to get logged in.

  1. Submit a ticket directly from this link: https://bciburke.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
  2. Or go to the Freshdesk homepage -https://bciburke.freshdesk.com/- and select "Submit a ticket" from one of the 2 options:

Logging In To Freshdesk

Freshdesk is Burke's knowledge base and ticketing system for the Play Portal and EZ Design Max.

NOTE: There are no Burke provided credentials to log in to Freshdesk. You only need an account with Freshdesk if you want to see the status of your tickets.  It is not required to view knowledge base articles or submit tickets.

Log in to Freshdesk here:https://bciburke.freshdesk.com/

To log in, use your email address and create your own password. If you had logged in previously Freshdesk and forgot your password, choose “forgot password”.

Logging in to the Rep Side of the Public Website (BCIBURKE.COM)

Available documents, images and assets that you were used to getting from bciburke.com are still there.   This may change in the future, but for now you can still access most things you are used to finding on bciburke.com just as you did before by clicking on "login" at the top right corner.  This login is separate from the one you create for the Play Portal or Freshdesk.
