Designs in a current project

From the project page you will have an EZD MAX link at the bottom right corner of that project. That will take you into that project for EZD MAX.
After a design is completed by Burke you should have access to that design file in the project. It will have the name of "Proposal# Rep Copy". The actual version saved by Burke is locked and hidden to be held as a system of record. You can make any changes to the Rep Copy without affecting our design.
You can make additional copies of designs with the two methods below to create different options or to save your "Rep Copy" of a specific design untouched for future reference.

Your old proposals

Access to old proposals/projects is still being worked on. If you need a design moved from one project (including your sandbox) to another please let your point of contact in Burke Design know to help you, this is an easy process.

Designs from the search tool

There is not yet access to designs from the Search Tool. This is being worked on as an additional button within the Search Tool. For now, contact your typical point of contact in Design for help.
