Adding EZ Design Max Link to a Proposal Request

If you would like to include a design you have created in EZ Design Max as a reference in your proposal request, follow the steps below.

You will be given the opportunity to include your EZ Design Max link in Step 2 of the Proposal Builder. Available items to attach will be shown in the area under "EZD MAX Files."  Click the "refresh" button if your projects are not populating to select.

If you click on the "EZD MAX Sandbox" option, you will be presented with a list of the items contained within your sandbox, as seen below.

Select the design you want to attach as a inspiration, click add, and it will show in the box to the right. Enter notes for the designer in the notes field provided. This is required and will not let you move onto the next step without entering notes.

Click "Save & Continue' to go to the next step.  Your EZ Design Max URL is now included as reference in your proposal.  You can confirm this in the final step of the proposal submittal process.
