How to Enter a Virtual Tour Request

Instructions are below on how to enter a virtual tour request.

NOTE: Virtual Tours are self-guided tours.  You will be provided a web link (URL) to view and play in the 3D playspace.  These are not available for download, but you will be able to share the link with your customer or on social media pages.  The preview below shows what the navigation ability would be like in the virtual tour.

To search for a proposal number in any field in the Play Portal, enter the middle (unique) 6-digit proposal number.  This should not include the rep number or revision number.  Example:  If the proposal number is 999-171239-2, type ONLY "171239" in the field to search for the proposal number.

1. Select 3D Render Request
   • Use the drop down to select available 3D request.  
     
     • This will only allow you to choose a design from the current project you are adding the request to.  
2. Name
   • Enter a name for the Virtual Tour if different from the project name entered or if you prefer the virtual tour to have a different title.
3. Notes
   • Add additional notes if necessary.  Some examples below:
     • Instructions to add annotations on the VT
     • Keep sitework as shown on the 3D

Note: Current lead times indicated are after the 3D is complete and approved.  Lead time days are not calculated from the current date.
