Auto-populated Components

One of the powerful features of EZ Design Max is to automatically insert components that are dependent on the presence of other components.  Upright posts and platform transitions/barriers were automatically configured in the old EZ Design application, but EZ Design Max greatly expands on the use of this feature.  Jump to list of auto-populated components.

In general, components that are automatically populated can be changed to other allowable options through the 'Edit Component' window.  

Select the auto-populated component, then click the 'Edit Component' button.

In the 'Edit Component' window, use the drop-down field "Auto-populated Product Name" to select the desired option:

The available options will be listed in order by their component number.  The lowest component number will usually be the default option.
