How to Enter a Fly-Through Request

Instructions are below on how to enter a fly-through request.

NOTE: Fly-through videos can be downloaded to your computer or device and shared via file sharing or transfer from one device to another.  These are 'click and play' videos.

STEP 1: Using the "Requests" tab or "Projects" tab, select "Fly Through"

1. Navigate to the play portal and click on "Requests" at the top of the page

2. Select "Fly Through"

Entering an "Fly Through" Request Through a Specific Project

1. Navigate to the project you want to enter the request for using the "Projects" tab

2. Click on "Add New Request" from the project view

3. Select "Fly Through" 

STEP 2: Enter the Appropriate Information

1. Select 3D Render Request
   • Use the drop down to select available 3D request.  
     
     • This will only allow you to choose a design from the current project you are adding the request to.  
2. Name
   • Enter a name for the fly-through if different from the project name entered or if you prefer the fly-through to have a different title.
3. Notes
   • Add additional notes if necessary.  Some examples below:
     • Instructions to show specific angles or focus on specific equipment in the shots
     • Time limit for video if there is one

Note: Current lead times indicated are after the 3D is complete and approved.  Lead time days are not calculated from the current date.  See example below.
