How to Enter a Ship Date Change Request
This article will walk you through the steps of submitting a Ship Date Change Request. This request type is to be used after an Order has been placed and a new ship date is required. Only Reps with the ability to place an Order can use this request type.
Submitting a Request for Approval:
Step 1: On the Orders tab, search for the Order
Step 2: Open the order to view it
Step 3: Choose the Action button; choose Request New Ship Week
Step 4: Fill out Request Form; choose Submit Button
