Requests that are in the "Submitted" state (in the Design queue, but not yet being worked on) can be edited by the sales representative without any affect on the return date.
Steps and Video tutorial attached below.
- Go to the Requests tab in the play portal
- Filter to Submitted requests
- Click "View" on the request you want to edit
- Click "Edit Request"
This will take you back into the Proposal Builder for this request.
